Exchange & Return Policy

SNS Hockey is dedicated to providing quality products and customer satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, we offer a 7-day period (from date of delivery) to file a return/exchange request.

Please note that we do not accept returns except if the product has arrived in a damaged/defective condition or is not as described on our website. In such a case, the customer may request for a return or exchange the product for another product (of the same or lesser value).

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE:
To return / exchange your online order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
1. Explain in detail the problem with the product
2. Attach photos of the product
3. The subject of the Email should be the COMPLAINT_Order ID
4. ⁠Once we receive your email, we will respond to you (by email) within 7 days with further instructions for return/exchange.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE:
1. Customer will send the product back to our address (given on contact us page) at his/her own cost.
2. The product must be unused, whole and in proper condition with all packaging and parts fully intact.

If the return request is approved, SNS Hockey will initiate a refund in 7-14 days of safely receiving the returned product in good condition.
If the exchange is approved, SNS Hockey will ship the replacement in 7-14 days of safely receiving the returned product in good condition.
